About the role
Iderwell is looking for people with practical retail experience to try shop software and tell us what works, what is confusing, and what could be improved. You do not need previous software testing experience.
What you will do
- Complete common shop tasks using the software.
- Explain what you expected to happen while using it.
- Point out anything that feels unclear, slow, or difficult.
- Attend a short follow-up conversation with the Iderwell team.
Who can apply
- Shop owners, shop managers, and shop attendants in Ghana.
- People who regularly handle sales, stock, customer service, payments, or staff.
- Applicants who can use a phone, tablet, or computer for a 60–90-minute session.
- No degree or technical qualification is required.
